Terms & conditions.
Effective October 19, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Linnea Taylor Jewelry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.linneataylorjewelry.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Changes
We may change these Terms, the Site, and any information, services or features described on it at any time, without notice. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as these Terms allow
- interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it
- submit false, misleading, spam or abusive content through any form or contact channel
We may restrict or end access to the Site for anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Inquiries and consultations
Submitting a form, sending a message or booking a consultation does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. We may decline any inquiry or project at our discretion.
Custom work
Each custom piece is governed by a separate written quote, agreement or invoice, which may set out the design, price, deposit, payment schedule, timeline, sizing, and any warranty, resizing or cancellation terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your written agreement, your written agreement applies.
Timelines, estimates and quotes are good-faith approximations, not guarantees, unless your written agreement expressly says otherwise. Delays may occur, for example in stone sourcing, casting or supplier availability.
Pricing, availability and descriptions
Any pricing, availability or descriptions on the Site may change at any time without notice, and we are not responsible for typographical or other errors. Photographs, sketches, CAD renderings and other images are representative only. Natural materials vary, gemstones are unique, and colors may look different depending on your screen.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, photographs, sketches, CAD designs, renderings, jewelry designs, logos and graphics — are owned by or licensed to Linnea Taylor Jewelry and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all rights in the designs, sketches, CAD files and other materials we create, including those created for a custom piece. When you commission a piece, you own the finished piece, not the right to reproduce its design.
Information and materials you send us
When you send us information, photos or ideas, you confirm you have the right to share them. You also give us permission to use them to respond to you and to design and create your piece. Please do not send confidential information you do not want us to have.
We may photograph finished pieces and use those images in our portfolio, on the Site and on social media. We do not identify clients by name without permission. If you’d prefer your piece not be shared, just let us know.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linnea Taylor Jewelry and its owner, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability relating to a custom piece is governed by your written agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linnea Taylor Jewelry and its owner, contractors and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
